Shipping Time

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2 business days. If an item is out-of-stock, you will be notified by e-mail within one business day with approximate shipping date. If shipping date is not acceptible, please reply via e-mail for resolution. The time needed for standard shipping in Continental U.S. to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 4 - 10 business day delivery time (after processing) depending on the location. West coast is generally four days and the east coast is generally 4 - 6 business days longer. Standard shipping to Canada and other U.S. destinations will take approximately 8 - 11 business days. Express shipping to all destinations is 2 business days after processing.

Shipping Methods

Merchandise will be shipped within the Continental U.S. using UPS Ground Service where possible. Merchandise shipped to Canada using standard shipping will use Canadian Post. Merchandise shipped to areas outside Continental U.S. will be shipped via DHL standard shipping. All Express Orders will be shipped using DHL Express. Orders are generally shipped within two business days.

Return Merchandise Policy

Our goal is to please our customer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us and we will be happy to exchange the item or offer you a refund. We only ask that you do so within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs.
